The Garden of Villa Ninfa Alburnea è a natural extension of Archaeological Park of Tor CaldaraTrees, flowers, bushes, and animals belong to the protected flora and fauna in this area. We recommend our guests during their stay not to harm the garden and not to disturb the animals that pass through or are hosted in it.

BREAKFAST: Breakfast è Italian is served in the common room from 08:00 to 10:30. Outside of these hours, it è forbidden to use the breakfast room and the kitchen to consume meals.

CLEANING: Cleaning is carried out daily and only in the morning. Guests are invited to vacate their rooms by 11:00 to allow for tidying up if desired. Outside of this time, no cleaning will be performed.

LINEN CHANGE: The bed and bath linen is changed every 3 nights. It can be done upon request for an additional charge of € 25.00 for bed linen and € 15.00 for towel change.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME: Check-in is performed from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM unless different times are communicated in advance. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day following the last overnight stay. 
In the case of an extension of this time, the guest è required to pay the entire rate for the day.

PARKING: The internal parking area is for the exclusive use of the owners. Guests are allowed to stop for loading and unloading luggage.
It is allowed for guests to park one car per room upon payment of € 15.00 per night.

PROHIBITIONS: It is forbidden to consume food and alcoholic beverages inside the rooms. It is forbidden to smoke inside the facility (rooms and common room). It is forbidden to hang towels, swimsuits, and/or wet clothing on furniture and window sills. In the back of the garden, there are drying racks available for each room.

RESERVATIONS: For bookings, a 30% advance payment of the total stay amount is required.
The balance must be paid 7 days before arrival or at the property before the delivery of the accommodation.

Before the delivery of the accommodation, guests must provide a valid credit card.

The rates do not include the tourist tax of the Municipality of Anzio, which must be paid in addition.

CANCELLATION: The cancellation of the reservation must be made by email. info@villaninfaalburnea.it and the refund will be made exclusively by bank transfer. If the cancellation is received up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be fully refunded. If the cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival, the property will retain the deposit received.

The owners reserve the right to remove those who do not adhere to the rules, those who disturb other guests, and those who cause damage to the property, for which compensation will be fully charged to the responsible parties.
