Our B&B is located inside a large villa surrounded by a spacious park, near the Tor Caldara Nature Reserve. It’s just 300 meters from the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches of Anzio, and it overlooks Via Ardeatina, the main road connecting Anzio and Rome.
The park is home to centuries-old plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub, such as oaks, cork oaks, hawthorn, and strawberry trees. Depending on the season, wildflowers like violets, primroses, cyclamens, and sea lilies bloom naturally. The proximity to the Nature Reserve allows us to host rare bird species and protected animals, including woodpeckers, owls, eagle owls, porcupines, hedgehogs, and foxes.
After a day at the beach, our guests can relax in the garden, lying on a hammock under the shade of the trees, reading, strolling, or—why not?—enjoying a quick meal delivered right to the designated outdoor areas.
